====== Digital Network Control System ======

Digital Network Control System (DNCS) is a complete headend management software platform developed by Scientific Atlanta and later maintained by Cisco Systems. DNCS was comprised of two control suites, the Broadband Control Suite which handled control for broadcast equipment and Digital Home Communications Terminals, and the PowerKEY Control Suite, which handled control for the PowerKEY conditional access system. DNCS was initially based on Sun Solaris servers but was later ported to Windows servers.
